From the Start is a memories and milestones themed zine centered around Kirishima and Bakugou. Our wonderful contributors have worked incredibly hard to deliver this product. We thank you for your support!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping

Physical zines and merch will be shipped from the UK.
Digital zines will be sent at the same time as physical zine copies after our production period.
Orders may take up to 6 weeks longer than usual to arrive due to various international shipping strikes and delays. If you think your order should have arrived and it has not, reach out to us and we will try to help.
Some international destinations may be ineligible for physical purchases due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
This is a PREORDER store. Shipping is currently expected to take place in MARCH-MAY 2026, but this estimate may change due to unexpected production delays or other factors. Follow our social media for updates.
All physical orders will be shipped with tracking. However, please note that full tracking (end to end) is not available for every country. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

Physical zines and merch will be packed as carefully as possible. That said, we have no control over any damages that may occur during transit.
If you find that your physical order has received damage upon arrival, we may attempt to replace damaged items on a case by case basis depending on our leftover stock available. However, buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
We cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods.
Our team is not liable for any damages that occur to our product once they have been removed from their packaging.

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Refunds will only be available through our preorder period. Once preorders end, we cannot offer any refunds.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
If you would like to cancel your order, adjust your order, or switch to a different bundle, this too must be done before preorders end. If this is something you would like to do, please contact us with:

Should your physical zine or merch be unable to be delivered to you due to incorrect information given, our team is not liable for the undelivered/returned package and will sadly be unable to provide a refund or replacement.
